He is survived by: his wife Carol (Valentini); his daughters, Casandra Kampen (Robert) and Stacey Tiggard (Mark); his grandchildren, Emily Kampen, Skylar Tiggard, Zachary Kampen and Harrison Tiggard; his brothers, Allen (Sue) and Dennis Payne (Crystal); his brothers-in-law, Alton (Nancy), Daniel (Leslie) and Orlando Valentini (Nancy); his aunt Ruth Snider; and his uncle James Payne. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Donations in Jerry's memory may be made to BJC Hospice or Siteman Cancer Center.
