It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan C. Whitehead of Saint Charles, Missouri, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert E. Whitehead; her parents, Hazel L. Rock and Jake Rock; her children, Mark Whitehead (Vicky), Dayna Shelton (Dale) and Dawn O'Brien; her grandchildren, Danielle Hoggatt (Kirk), Austin Whitehead, Ian Shelton (Katie), Ariana Bennick (Daniel), Mackenzie O'Brien (Josh Adams) and Aaron O'Brien (Amanda Beatty); her great grandchildren, Dawson Caldwell, Brantley Orf, Rhyett Shelton, Ruth Shelton and Baby Adams; and her sister Linda Whitehead (late Jack).
