She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Pepers and Clara Pepers; her husband Edward Slack; and her son Scott Slack. She is survived by: her son Michael "Pat" Slack; her grandchildren, Eva, Simon Slack, Shannah Kinealy (Brett), Krista Wade (Bob) and Danny Slack (Alycia); and her great grandchildren, Jack, John, Jocelyn, Mia, Siena and Leah.
