Joann Thro Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Thro of Saint Charles, Missouri, born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on July 4, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Marion "Jack" Thro; her parents, Charles Lang and Elizabeth Lang; and her sisters, Shirley Muth (late LeRoy), Mary Jean Schneiders (late Robert), Geraldine Costello and Elizabeth Noon (late Robert).

She is survived by: her children, Cecilia Knoblauch (Bill), Theresa Thro, Mary Hicks, Anne Eichler (Ken), Becky, Reta Thro, Jim Thro (Angela), Julie Fitts (John), Martha Dexter, Joe Thro and Aimee Hayden (Jeff). She is also survived by her twenty grandchildren; and her eleven great-grandchildren.
