He was predeceased by : his children, Johnny Wortmann, Jr. and Patty Wortmann; his sister Mary Tucker; and his parents, Karl Wortmann and Verna Wortmann.

He is survived by : his children, Johannna Wortmann and Rebecca Price (Mike); and his grandchildren, Maelee, Rylee and Bailee.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Paul Funeral Home (240 N Kingshighway St, St Charles, MO 63301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
