It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon David Larson of Saint Charles, Missouri, born in Riceville, Iowa, who passed away on March 1, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father David Larson; his brother Mark T. Larson; and his grandparents, Hans and Anna Larson. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Larson (Hastie) of St. Charles; his children, Lisa Foster-Larson and Mark Larson of St. Charles; his grandsons, Shaun Foster of St. Peters and Matt Engel (Jill) of Derby, Kansas; his great grandchildren, Zoey Foster of St. Peters, Emmett and Tucker Engel of Derby, Kansas; his siblings, Allan Larson (Donna) of Naperville, Jim Larson (Brenda) of Cresco, Iowa, Anne Larson (Pat) of Ankeny and Jean Giffen (Roger) of Tucson, Arizona; and his sister-in-law Janet Larson of Traer, Iowa. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
