He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvira R. Condren and John Condren; his uncle Jose Rubio; his brother Jack Condren; and his siblings-in-law, Teresa McLafferty, Bill and John Joseph Jr. McLafferty.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Condren; his children, Tricia Merry (Shawn), Shan Mitchell (Scott), Colleen Condren and Tim Condren (Mia); his grandchildren, Maria Merry, Alicia Merry, Jenna Merry, Alex Mitchell (Emily), Meghan Meier (Chris), Caroline Mitchell, Adriana Condren, Thomas Condren, Bryanna Meitz and Samuel Condren; and his siblings-in-law, Sarah McLafferty and James E. McLafferty.
