He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Kelly and June Kelly; and his sibling Thomas Kelly (Rosie). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Kathy); his children, Christina Kelly (Tina) and Bryan Kelly (Carrie Fitzgibbons); his grandchildren, Grace Kelly and Jameson Fitzgibbons; and his sister Mary Geno (Charles). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Joe's name to Duchesne High School, Saint Charles, Missouri.
