She is survived by: her daughters, Regina Smith, Cynthia Smith and Pamela Stonebarger; her son-in-law Mitchell Stonebarger (Laura Carpenter); her brother Chris Picquet; her husband Joe Noonan; her children, Kathleen Smith and Kevin Smith; her brother James Esque; and her granddaughter Sara Stonebarger. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 9 great great-grandchildren.
