Judy is preceded in death by her parents, William F. Lisman and Winifred I. Lisman and her husband Charles R. Merrell Sr. Judy was beloved and surrounded by her children, William A. Merrell, Frederick D. Merrell, Charles R. Merrell Jr. and Amy L. Merrell-Turner, her many grandchildren Jimmy Turner, Greg Merrell, Matthew Merrell, Zack Turner, Alyssa Merrell-Stoer, Joel Merrell and Rachel Merrell plus many great-grandchildren.
