She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Pitezel; her parents, Clara Patterson and Earl Patterson; and her brothers, Wayne and Ronald Patterson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Pitezel (late Mark Bentch), Beth Pitezel and Debbie Lalla (Steve Lalla); and her granddaughters, Katie Lalla (Rose Sheridan) and Stephanie Lalla.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Judith's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
