With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathleen H. Hunter of Saint Charles, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Hunter; her parents, James Adams and Sophie Adams; her daughter Patricia Hunter; and her brother James Adams, Jr. (Kathleen).
She is survived by: her daughter Katherine "Katie" Green (Michael); her siblings, Eugene Adams (Debbie) and Patricia Glaser (Forrest); and her pets, Bella and Sydney.
Memorials may be made in Kathleen's name to Pathways Hospice.
