He was predeceased by: his daughter Jenny Lee Proffer; and his parents, David Westlake and Alice Westlake. He is survived by: his daughter Gabby Westlake; his grandson Tony Clark III; and his siblings, Randy Westlake (Gail) and Dawn Ross (Steve). He is also survived by many coworkers, friends.
