He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Charles Dvorak, Ann Marie Dvorak, Joann Gorman and Martin Gorman. He is survived by: his parents, Terrence Patrick Gorman and Mary Claire Ann Gorman; his siblings, Claire Marie Gorman and Charles Patrick Gorman; and his sister-in-law Katie Joyce.
