We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2025, at the age of 90, Lester Joseph Filicsky of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Lester departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Lester may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Lester leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his mother Eva V. Filicsky. He is survived by: his brothers-in-law, Philip Carder (Carolyn) of Centralia, IL. and Ronald Carder of Centralia.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ford Funeral Home, Allen Chapel (215 E Main St, Bridgeport, WV 26330). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (126 E Pike St, Clarksburg, WV 26301).
