She was predeceased by: her husband William F. Bates; her parents, Rev. Everett Hobbs and Katie Hobbs; and her brothers, Carl, Donald (Dorothy Jean) and Calvin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Muschany (Robert), Karen Daleen (Gaylord) and June Meade (Paul); and her grandchildren, William E. Muschany, Barbara Wehmeyer (Mark), Marsha Goggin (Archie), Robert Michael Muschany, Christopher Daleen (Shelly), Timothy Daleen, Sara Korczak, Jake Meade and Andy Meade.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Baue Funeral Home - Cave Springs (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the St. Charles Memorial Gardens (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301).
