She was predeceased by: her parents, William Raaf and Elsie Raaf; her husband Richard L. Topp; and her sister Bernice Topp (Albert). She is survived by: her children, Richard W. Topp (Barbara), Beverly Harget (John) and David Topp (Tammy); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Topp (Paula), Erich Topp (Christine), Rachel Damlow (Jeffrey), Stephanie Frownfelter (Matthew) and Catrina Jefferson Topp; and her great grandchildren, Carson, Makayla, Chase, Jaxon, Scarlett Topp, Mariah, Natalie, Ryann Damlow, Blayke, Ashton and Owen Frownfelter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial Contributions may be made in Louise's name to The St. Louis Zoo.
