She was predeceased by: her parents, Finis Caudle and Ethel Caudle; her children, Jerri Hampton, Robert Glick and Philip Glick; and her daughter-in-law Lou Ann Glick.
She is survived by: her son Douglas Glick (Melanie); and her children-in-law, Allen Hampton and Cheryl Glick. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
