She was predeceased by: her spouse Dannie W. Guffey; her parents, P. K. Cunningham and Goldie Cunningham; and her siblings, Thomas Cunningham, Kenneth Cunningham (Marlene) and Joyce Weldon (Wayne).
She is survived by: her children, Arnold Guffey (Bridget), Daryl Guffey (Patricia), Todd Guffey and Lori Guffey; her grandchildren, Benjamin Guffey (Montana), Austin Guffey, Connor Guffey, Daniel Guffey, Alexis Guffey, Allana Guffey, Allison Guffey, Olivia Guffey, Payton Guffey and Amanda Guffey; and her siblings, Nancy Montgomery (Tom) and Lynn Duncan (Tim).
