He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Kutchback and Flossy "Laverne" Kutchback; and his brother Dave Kutchback (Mary). He is survived by: his siblings, John Kutchback (Pam), Sandy Pittman (John), Michelle Kutchback (Mike), Robert Kutchback (Christine) and Steve Kutchback (Kim).
