She was predeceased by: her husband Edward "Whitey" Jurczyk; her parents, Paul Daleo and Gladys Daleo; and her siblings, Paul Daleo and Betty Regna.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Jurczyk (Debbie), Bob Jurczyk, Mark Jurczyk and David Jurczyk (Gia); her grandchildren, Brandon Jurczyk (Erin), Kayle Jurczyk, Dan Jurczyk (Stefanie), Joshua Kinney (Gwen), Courtney Rainwater (Robert), Lora Stafford (Jesse), Tori Jurczyk, Dylan Jurczyk, Elizabeth Simpkins (Mike) and Matthew Jurczyk; and her great grandchildren, Hayden Stafford, Hunter Stafford, River Stafford, Noah Stafford, Avery Kinney, Addy Kinney, Alisa Kinney, Archer Kinney, Liam Pearson, Ada Jurczyk, Ayla Jurczyk, Riley Jurczyk, Jaiden Jurczyk, Freya Jurczyk, Raelynn Jurczyk, Ryan Simpkins, Alex Simpkins and Gavin Jurczyk.
