She is survived by: her husband Don Hoffmann; her children, Christy Hoffmann of St. Louis, MO and Ian Hoffmann of St; her brother Andy Smith (Jayme) of Kansas City, MO; and her nieces, Kelly, Lindsay, Casey and Libby.
