He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward McDevitt and Margaret McDevitt; his siblings, Dennis McDevitt and Marie Neville; and his brother-in-law Dennis McCarthy.
He is survived by: his wife Mary McDevitt; his children, Shawn McDevitt, Pete McDevitt, Ed McDevitt and Jeff McDevitt (Ned Milliken); his grandchildren, Carter McDevitt, Patrick McDevitt and Maggie McDevitt; his siblings, Ed McDevitt (Mary), Mike McDevitt, Margaret Mary McCarthy, Jim McDevitt (Karen), Kathy Bredenkoetter (Jim) and Larry McDevitt (Sherri); and his siblings-in-law, Julie McDevitt and Steve Neville.
