He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles David Cummins Jr. and Melba Cummins. He is survived by: his son Timothy Michael Cummins (Brittany); his brother Patrick E. Cummins; his aunt Karen Blackmore (Charlie); and also Jill Cummins.
