He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Miller and Letha Miller; and his brother-in-law David Mixon. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Miller; his children, Mike Miller (Sara) and Chris Miller (Jen); his grandchildren, Michael, Caleb, Brayden, Addison and Eli; and his siblings, Jan Kunz (Bill) and Phyllis (Richard). He is also survived by numerous nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
