He is survived by: his wife Janet Kay Diveley; his stepchildren, Ed Hazelwonder Jr. (Shirley) and Susan Hazelwonder (Wendy); and his grandchildren, Kim Gaddis (Adam), Amanda Johnson (Brock), Samantha Detjen (John Hunter), Jonathon Hazelwonder (Bryn), Tiffany Stanton (Samuel) and Michael Hazelwonder (Rebecca). He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, along with many siblings, extended family members, and friends.
