He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Joseph and Mary Katherine Amptmann; and his siblings, Ronald and Jean Amptmann. He is survived by: his sisters, Eileen Schulte (Robert), Kathleen Amptmann, Marilyn Long (Christopher), Maureen Kelly (James) and Susan Amptmann; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Breen Amptmann.
