Though Paul may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Paul touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ann Stumpe. He is survived by: his wife Joni Stumpe; his father Norbert Stumpe; his daughter Melanie Russell (Chad); and his sisters, Beth Bell (Roger) and Amy Bert (Greg).
