She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Steger (Goergens) and Elmer Steger; her husband Paul Kelpe; and her brother Marc Steger. She is survived by: her brother Michael Steger; her children, Doug Orf (Marcia) and Suzanne Blaylock (Ballenger); her grandchildren, Tyler Orf, Madelyn Mikelson (Kreienheder), Kristen Orf, Cameron Blaylock, Marissa Blaylock and Travis Orf; and her great grandchildren, Harden Orf and Rosemary Jean (Peggy Jean). She is also survived by six stepchildren.
