He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Theo and Bernice Mosbey. He is survived by: his wife Sue Mosbey; his children, Elizabeth Ramage (Daniel) and Jeneane Mosbey; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Stormy, Zachary, Sarah and Skylar; and his siblings, Deral Mosbey (Mary) and Ray Mosbey (Lynn).
