He is survived by: his close friend Lisa Holsten; his children, Eric (Mariejoe), Jeff (Amy), Matt Clark, Ashley Jones (Jeremy), Shea Fox (Tim Griswold) and Kyle Holsten (Paige); his grandsons, Justin and Braden Clark; and his siblings, Gail Martin (Tim) and Craig Clark.
