He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lorene O'Leary and Firman "Doc" O'Leary; his sisters, Marilyn Rufkahr (Jerry) and Maureen O'Leary; his niece Tiffany Stamper (Adam); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nolan Stamper and Chase Stamper.

Memorials may be made in Phil's name to ASPCA and Immanuel Lutheran Music Fund.
