She was predeceased by: her husband William R. Reeves; and her parents, Louis Alsager and Jennie Alsager. She is survived by: her children, Donna Reeves, Ronald Reeves (Candy), Terry Reeves (Karen) and Gary L. Reeves; her grandchildren, Eric Reeves (Sarah), Kerry Meininger (Matt), Annette Dixon (Bob), Michael Vande Velde, Julie LaRue (Reggie) and David Vande Velde; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Sydney, Liam, Eamonn, Ainѐ, Cullan, Aileen, Aric and Rachel.

Memorials may be made in Phyllis's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
