We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2024, at the age of 54, Randall Miller of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Randall Scott Keck; his son Jefforey "Scotty" Miller; and his stepfather Gary Horn. He is survived by: his mother Renee Horn (Bailey) of Holiday Shores; his wife Carol Miller (Forman); his daughters, Lauren Miller of Sullivan and Anna Grace Miller of Williamsburg, Missouri; his brother Jefforey; his sister-in-law Roxana Keck of Edwardsville, Illinois; his niece Ashton Yates-McPeak; his stepchildren, John Marco of St. Charles, Missouri and Natalie Marco of St. Charles, Missouri; his stepparents, Joe Miller of Pekin, Illinois and Kathy Keck of Granite City, Illinois; his stepsiblings, Dustin Horn (Tonya) of Troy, Joey Miller of Pekin, Illinois and Shauna Keck of Troy, Illinois; his father-in-law Robert Forman of St. Peters, Missouri; his cousin Myssi Barron of Lenexa, Kansas; and his aunt Sis (Sandy Papp). He is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
