He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Bergfeld and Martin Bergfeld; and his son William P. Bergfeld. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Bergfeld; his children, Ramona Murphy, Robert R. Bergfeld (MaryBeth) and Robyn LaMotte (Randy); his stepchildren, Leone "Le" Moore (Paul), Beverly Sandberg and Deann Johnson (Terry); his grandchildren, Melissa Bremberger (Jeremy), Jacob Murphy (Tiffani), Lindsay Doty (Kyle), Robert Jason Bergfeld (Jaime), Jami Stark (Jon), Joshua Bergfeld (Pamela), Samantha Bergfeld, Danielle Bergfeld (Caleb Unser), Brittany Jackson (Kenny), Shannon Bergfeld, Michael LaMotte, Abigail LaMotte, Kathryn LaMotte, Matthew LaMotte, Stephen LaMotte, Zachary LaMotte and Gabriel LaMotte; his stepgrandchildren, Kristie Ashe-Kenny, Thomas Moore (Jenni), Patrick Moore, Rachel Sandberg (Patrick O'Brien), Claire Sandberg and Tess Johnson; and his siblings, Gay Hankins (late Jay) and Bobbi Bergfeld.
