He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Burnett; his parents, Ray Burnett and Hazel Burnett; his brother Robert Burnett; and his siblings-in-law, William Thomas and Glenda Burnett.
He is survived by: his siblings, Russell Burnett and Rose Hayne (Betty Pekara); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Pekara and Sharon S. Thomas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
