He is survived by: his children, Richard A. Champagne, Jr. (Susan Blesener), Gregory S. Champagne (Cheri), Mitchell P. Champagne (Christine), Mark C. Champagne (Angela), Brannon N. Champagne (Karla) and Christin Prather (James).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (221 1st Capitol Dr, St Charles, MO 63301). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at the St. Charles Memorial Gardens (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301).
Memorials may be made in Dick's name to the Salvation Army.
