He is survived by: his wife Minniesue Vincent Brown; his children, Deana Kennedy (Dan) and Richard D. Brown, Jr.; his grandchildren, Kristen Brown Flood (Dylan), Amber Obrecht Sinkler (Joshua), Alan T. Obrecht, Jr. and Gavin A. Kennedy; and his great grandchildren, Lucas R. Flood, Gabriel M. Sinkler, Ayla S. R. Flood and Elora R. Flood. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
