With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Eugene Bilyeu (Saint Charles, Missouri), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 29, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Mary Finch and Lloyd E. Bilyeu; and his siblings, Donna Holmquist, Beverly Miller Ward and Charlene Peavler.

He is survived by: his wife C. Kaye; his children, Richard "Rick", Sheila Koziatek, Mitchell "Mick" and Dianna Manning; his brother-in-law Stephen R.; his nephew Drew; and his niece Miranda Hardy. He is also survived by 22 beautiful great-grandchildren, including one great-great- grandson.

Memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or Parkinson's Disease Organization or American Cancer Society. “In loving memory of Richard Eugene Bilyeu, Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Richard was like a big brother to me (Mark) and he was always a joy to be around. The memory that popped into my head first was a time when Richard helped me learn how to "bowl". I was about 5 or 6 years old and had to push the ball down the alley with my feet. He was so patient and I had so much fun! There are many more memories for sure. Richard will be missed, but always in our hearts...”
