She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Summitt and Rita Summitt. She is survived by: her siblings, Lyle Summitt (Nikki), Sherra Daughhetee (Joshua) and Terra Summitt; and her nieces and nephews, Kayla, Kari, Katie, Leia and Preston. She is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.
