Rita M. LaBarge Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Rita M. LaBarge of Saint Charles, Missouri. Rita, born on October 14, 1931, passed away on September 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin W. LaBarge; her parents, Sylvester Dickherber and Mary Elizabeth Dickherber; her parents-in-law, Edward and Pauline LaBarge; her son Dennis LaBarge (Mary Claire (Flo)); her son-in-law John Buschling; her grandson Jeremy Buschling; and her siblings, Dorothy Miller, Lucille Primeau, Estelle Ostmann, Mildred Sauer, Maurice Dickherber (Sonny), Floyd Dickherber, Lavern Heck, Sylvia Timmermeier (Babe) and Helen Illy.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce LaBarge (Shirley), Cheryl Buschling, Marvin "Alan" LaBarge (Sandy), Steven LaBarge (Donna), Keith LaBarge, Larry LaBarge (Kirsten), Philip LaBarge (Kimberly) and Lori Floyd (Ken). She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1355 Motherhead Rd, Cottleville, MO 63304).
Memorial donations may be made to the Dementia Society of America.
