He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Smythe; his mother Charlotte; and his siblings, Jim, Lucille, Rosemary, June, Alice and Bill.

He is survived by: his daughter Lisa; his grandchildren, Fallon and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Lukas and Zakary. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
