He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lewis and Mary Lewis; and his grandson Patrick Wyninegar. He is survived by: his wife Leona Lewis; his children, Mark Lewis (Pam), Steven Lewis (Sarah), Janet Forney (Kim), Nancy Wyninegar (Paul) and Donna Steimann (Ron); and his grandchildren, Dan Foley (Jamie), Andrea Wehde (Sam), Joe Steimann (Megan), Lisa Dreyer (Chris), Kristin Wyninegar, Ashley Watson (Ron), Morgan Lewis (Rick), Andrew Lewis and Matthew Lewis. He is also survived by 7 Great-Grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to the Cancer Society or Alzheimers Assoc.
