He was predeceased by: his father Robert Sullentrup. He is survived by: his wife Diane Sullentrup; his children, Robert W. "Robbie" Sullentrup III (Ryvana Hase) and Debra S. Lewis (Christopher C.); and his siblings, Timothy A. Sullentrup (Betty S.), Butler, Nathaniel J. Sullentrup (Marcie), Kennedy, Gretchen M. McCarty (Jim) and Charlotte A. Sullentrup.
