Ron leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Ron’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Ron will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Jacob and Opal Rubel; and his brother Danny Rubel. He is survived by: his brother Tim Rubel (Debbie) of Linn, Missouri; his son Tommy Rubel of St. Charles; his stepson Frank Rubel (Becky) of Troy, Missouri; his grandson Blake Rubel; and his great grandchild Izzie Rubel.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ford & Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home (118 S Sprigg St, Cape Girardeau, MO 63703). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to Alzheimer's Association.
