He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Brooke Scalise; his sister Kate Varvarus; and his parents, Frank "Pepper" Scalise and Marie Scalise. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Scalise; his sons, Sean Scalise (Lisa) and Jeff Scalise (Jill); and his great grandchildren, Bellamy Scalise and Castell Scalise. He is also survived by his family, his loyalty to friends.
