It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruthe Stricker of Saint Charles, Missouri, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 12, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles F. West and Marion Ruth West; and her husband Norman A. Stricker. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
