She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Ludwig and Mabel Ludwig; her son Richard Schuler; and her brother Robert Ludwig. She is survived by: her husband Ben Schuler; her son David Schuler (Jean Harmon); and her granddaughters, Elizabeth Hassani (Gary) and Emily Glenn (Shand).
