We are sad to announce that, on October 27, 2023, at the age of 68, Stephen J. Higgins of Saint Charles, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Harvey J. Higgins; and his sister Margaret E. Myers. He is survived by: his mother Viola Higgins; his wife Colleen Higgins; his children, Teresa L. Kohring (Mike), Kevin J. Higgins and Clayton D. Higgins; his grandchildren, Maylee A. Corley and Mason T. McGowan; and his siblings, Richard D. Higgins (Diane), Christine A. Thomas (Jim), Jeanne M. Buckingham (Bob) and Theresa L. Stuart. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
