He is survived by: his parents, Mike Peek and Kristine Peek (Bushway); his siblings, Michael Peek and Mackenzie Shively (Shane); his nieces, Layla Melancon and Addison Shively; and his grandmothers, Amy Bushway and Mary Lou Peek. He is also survived by 12 aunts and uncles, many cousins and friends.
